Arms deal

The tripartite talks between the government, CPN Maoists, and the UN concerning the process of managing the Nepal Army and the Peoples Liberation Army and their weapons ended today after four days of bargaining on issues such as the number of weapons allowed to be used for security purposes within the cantonments.
