The Communist Party of Nepal ? Maoist chairman Prachanda has issued a press statement today accepting the offer made by the seven party government to hold talks. Welcoming the moves made by the government he said the party was willing to integrate the Peoples Liberation Army with the Royal Nepal Army to restructure it into a Nepal National Army in a peaceful and coordinated manner according to the democratic wishes of the people.
