Hours after the Communist Party of Nepal Maoists chairman Prachanda issued a statement declaring a three-month unilateral ceasefire late Wednesday, party sources have confirmed that the Maoists have called for a public gathering in Khula Manch, Kathmandu tomorrow. According to the source the president of the Maoist affiliated All Nepal National Free Students Union ? Revolutionary Lekhnath Neupane will be addressing the public gathering tomorrow 28 April at 12PM. The source also said it has not been decided who will address the meeting from the party.
