CK Lal is as usual abusive in his latest column ("Memories of the future" #66). Why does Lal have to curse the Panchayat system for everything? The king's rule was a thousand time better than the Nepali Congress' rule. Even the worst Panchas were better than best Congressis and Communists. Today's leaders are all crooks and none of them is sincere like Khadga Bahadur Singh and Nav Raj Subedi. For Nepal to develop like other countries, King Gyanendra should become like his father, put all crooks in jail.
